Very nice and quiet place, a lot of parking spaces, close to the city centre. I was impressed by affordable small offices with water. Offices starting around 450$ / month. Enough for small business and good for a tight budget.

Thanks personally to the landlord Elena for her approach and quite generous offer. Cause I personally was searching for the right small and cozy office to work remotely and do business here . And I would say that it has calm and great working atmosphere! So I can highly recommend to other tenants that building to lease the office. NO STARS! Absolutely Horrible experience renting from this landlord Elena. She not only has entered my suites without proper notice but she has also never fixed the AC. There is extremely loud construction happing all the time. So if you have a business this is NOT a place for you to conduct your business from. The building is not properly maintenance. The bathrooms are filthy all the time. Toilets don’t work. The landlord (illegally) threw away multiple Signs I have had made. And then requires you to spend more money and charges a monthly fee for your sign. Which is unheard of in commercial. She does NOT care about her tenants. She has thrown out other LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES. Almost every tenant has a story to tell about how Elena has treated them. I’ve been in business for over 8 years with other locations and I’ve never encountered such a problematic landlord. Don’t waste your time with this building, you WILL regret it.
