Beautiful space and genuinely kind staff. Everyone on site did what they could to help, and I appreciated that. Unfortunately, the WiFi was a major issue. I was getting roughly 35 Mbps download and 35 Mbps upload, which was not what I was told to expect. Before purchasing a day pass, an Industrious customer service representative told me over the phone that the connection would be 300/300 Mbps. I booked the space specifically because I needed to upload a large amount of data to the cloud that day, so the slower speed made the pass a poor fit for my needs. I would not recommend this location if your work depends on frequent video calls, large file uploads, or reliable high-speed internet. To get a stronger connection, it sounds like you may need a dedicated office space where you can hardline into Ethernet with the proper setup.

I'd give zero if I could. The Industrious business model is to hold customers hostage to the lease term. Everyone running a business knows that circumstances change, and the Industrious staff avoids all discussion around this as they just want that monthly ACH. Ironic since the entire place is build on flexibility. This is what separates great companies from others- great companies want their customers to have a great experience, then there's Industrious who knows their customer is unhappy and doesn't need the office space, so they just want that monthly payment.

I am currently a tenant at Industrious St Pete and it's been a mediocre experience from the beginning. I signed my contract in August of 2024. I asked upon signing for my logo to be put on the office door. This was never competed. When I moved into my new office, it had not been cleaned and there were scuff marks on the walls from the last tenant. And finally, the new girl in charge, Casey is terrible at replying to emails. I've been reaching out and have to always follow up to get replies. The office is depressing and not worth the high fees they charge each month.
