This rating would be a zero if it was an option. I have been leasing office space for over 20 years and this was easily the worst experience I have ever had. Originally I was excited because I received a reasonable price on a corner office with a nice view but it all went downhill very quickly. The day I moved in (which happened to be on a weekend), my office was extremely hot. I made five phone calls over the next few days to the owner and office manager before one was finally returned but the issue was never resolved, only excuses. Over the course of the next two months, I complained numerous times about the temperature in my office and sent pictures of the thermostat and the response was to leave my office door open and also to keep my shades closed which would block my nice view and also leave me to listen to my neighbor who was on the phone all of the time. I probably only used my office 4-6 times during the first two months and finally told Sheylla (the non-responsive office manager) that I could no longer stay there and wanted to cancel the last month of the lease. They refused to honor my request and when I did not pay my final month, they used my deposit to cover it. When all was said and done, I wasted $2250 for a few days in an uncomfortable office. I would strongly suggest not leasing office space from this group.
