⭐ 1 Star (Only Because Google Won't Allow Negative 10 Stars) If I could give Regus and sales representative Kimberley Struble negative 10 stars, I would. This has been one of the worst business experiences I've ever had, and we will be filing a complaint with the BBB regarding our experience. I was sold a shared office space for approximately $300 per month and was told it was a simple month-to-month arrangement. That turned out to be completely different from my actual experience. The moment I received my invoice, there were multiple additional fees that had never been disclosed during the sales process. When I contacted Kimberley and asked why my bill was so much higher than expected, she told me verbatim: "These are all the fees for the multiple locations you requested, pay them." I later learned that wasn't an accurate explanation. What was presented as a simple $300 month-to-month office quickly became nearly $600 in charges plus almost another $100 in signup fees. I also discovered there was a mandatory 30-day cancellation notice requirement, meaning the "month-to-month" office effectively required paying for multiple months from  the start. Had these costs and requirements been clearly explained upfront, I never would have signed up. When I decided to cancel, Kimberley told me it had to be done online. I followed her instructions and then followed the instructions provided by the Regus online assistant. Both led me into dead ends where there was no actual way to complete a cancellation. I have screenshots documenting these conversations and the instructions I was given. The online assistant directed me to areas of the website where no cancellation option existed, and the website repeatedly sent me in circles. I specifically saved screenshots because I could not believe what I was seeing. When I reached back out to Kimberley explaining that I wanted to cancel and that the process wasn't working, I was essentially told to read the contract more carefully. After that, my requests for help were ignored. Three weeks later, I am now being contacted by Regus collections despite my repeated attempts to cancel and my documented efforts to follow the instructions I was given. What made me even more concerned was what I discovered after researching Regus on the Better Business Bureau website. At the time of writing this review, Regus has an F rating from the BBB. The BBB specifically states that Regus has failed to respond to 753 complaints filed against the business and has failed to resolve the underlying causes of a pattern of complaints. After my experience, those findings were extremely concerning. Think about that for a second. A customer signs up expecting a $300 month-to-month shared office, gets hit with hundreds of dollars in additional charges, discovers cancellation requirements that were never clearly explained, follows the cancellation instructions provided by the company, cannot actually cancel, gets ignored when asking for help, and then ends up hearing from collections. That was my experience. If you're considering Regus, get every fee, every cancellation requirement, and every commitment in writing before signing anything. Do not rely solely on verbal explanations from sales representatives. Based on my experience, I would never do business with Regus again and would strongly caution anyone considering their services.

⭐ -5 Star - Negative 5-star is the real number! Avoid the Sarasota Regus location unless you enjoy surprise fees, misleading pricing, and an impossible cancellation process. I signed up after speaking with sales representative Kimberley Struble, who sold me on a shared office space for approximately $300 per month. During the sales process, I was led to believe this was a straightforward month-to-month arrangement with no long-term commitment. The reality was completely different. As soon as I received my invoice, I discovered multiple additional fees that had never been properly disclosed. When I contacted Kimberley to ask why the charges were so much higher than expected, she told me verbatim: "These are all the fees for the multiple locations you requested, pay them." Later, I learned that wasn't an accurate explanation. The additional charges were not simply for multiple locations. Instead, they were tied to Regus' contract and billing structure, which effectively required paying for multiple months despite the "month-to-month" representation made during the sales process. What I expected to be a $300 office ended up costing nearly $600 almost immediately, plus close to another $100 in signup and administrative fees that were never clearly explained before I signed. Had these costs been clearly disclosed upfront, I never would have agreed to move forward. The worst part was discovering there was a mandatory 30-day cancellation notice requirement. So despite being told it was month-to-month, I was effectively locked into paying for additional months from the moment I signed up. When I decided to cancel, Kimberley instructed me to do so online. That is when the real nightmare began. The Regus website made cancellation extremely difficult. I followed the instructions provided and repeatedly ran into dead ends. Even the AI assistant provided directions that ultimately led nowhere. There appeared to be no clear or functional way to complete the cancellation process through the website. I reached back out to Kimberley for help and explained that I wanted to cancel. Rather than assisting me, she responded by telling me I should have read the contract more carefully. After that, my requests for assistance were ignored. At that point I had: • Contacted the sales representative regarding the undisclosed charges. • Attempted to cancel online as instructed. • Followed the website's cancellation process. • Contacted Regus multiple times requesting assistance. • Clearly stated that I wanted to terminate the service. Despite all of that, I was still unable to successfully cancel. Now, only a few weeks later, I am already being contacted by Regus collections regarding outstanding balances while my cancellation concerns remain unresolved. This was for a small shared office space, yet the actual costs ended up being dramatically higher than what was originally presented. The sales process, billing practices, and cancellation procedures left me feeling completely misled and unsupported. If you are considering the Sarasota Regus office, get every fee in writing, ask specifically about cancellation requirements, ask about notice periods, and do not rely solely on verbal explanations from sales representatives. Make them explain every charge before signing anything. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I would not recommend Regus to anyone looking for a simple, flexible office solution. This version is stronger because it emphasizes the jump from **$300 advertised to nearly $700 total obligations ($600+ charges plus ~$100 signup fees)** while staying focused on the specific facts of your experience.

The service at this location has gone down terribly over the years. Phone service changes without proper notice, calls to management go unanswered, reports of issues go unresolved. I would not recommend trusting your business at this location.

Firstly, there is no one in the coworking space at $600 a month but me. Buyer Beware they do not help. Secondly, they will try to bill you twice in one month $1200. Huge conglomerate in 30 countries, can’t get in touch with billing. Charge a $75 dollar unlimited coffee fee per month hidden in the contract and mostly the machine breaks so frequently and they don’t replace it for 1 -2 months and still charge every tenant coffee fee. Unreal! Air Conditioner breaks quite frequently and they will not accommodate. Please run for your life if you are thinking about office space in this conglomerate mess. Pick someone local, support Sarasota, not some multi megalomaniac company such as this!

Signed up for the service online, no one ever reached out to set up my account. I reached out for support on the website and after asking for verifying information they never returned my emails. Calling them resulted in the person andwering the phone not having any information about my account, how to help, or how to cancel my service.
