Jim is an amazing owner with an exceptional knowledge of his business. He helped me set up my address and mailbox, spoke of the process and benefits of the service. He was highly knowledgeable of the entire process and made it simple to understand. He entrusted Erin with the finalization process and she helped me complete my set up, spoke of the amenities that I get to take advantage of, helped me with a conference room set up and was willing to do whatever she needed to do in the name of great customer service. I even asked her if she was an owner because of the great care she took of me, you don’t really see that level of kindness and respect outside of ownership. Thank you both for your warmth and kindness. I will highly recommend your business!
