Correct my invoice now. They added charges out of nowhere. I signed a 6 month lease on Nov. 25th. I went to pay for my first month invoice and their system couldn't process my credit card. Instead of manually putting it in, the front desk ladies told me there was nothing they could do accept submit a help ticket which did nothing. Because I was not put in touch with the right Regus member to resolve their payment process issue, they charged multiple late fees onto my account. When I went to the front desk to get those charges removed, they said they can't remove them unless I pay them. WHAT THE CRAP. How am I, their customer getting punished for something that THEY messed up on. This is ridiculous. Because I refused to pay the late fees from their mistake, they will not even give me a key to access my desk. I AM STILL PAYING MY RENT for the desk each month but I don't even have access to it whenever I want. ITS been 3 months of trying to get this resolved and no ground has been made. DON'T go here, it's an absolute scam. All I wanted to do was get in touch with somebody who could help remove those late fees but all I get are people who have no clue what is going on.

PLEASE READ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REVIEWS BEOFRE SIGING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! I have written full reviews at BBB so please see that as there are hundreds of 1 star reviews. I wish I had looked there before signing up with them. It is easy to sign up but impossible to cancel. I was there for two years and had no negative experiences until I tried to cancel. I spoke directly to the manager when I tried to cancel months before the end of my contact and have spoken with him a number of times since but he is powerless to help. I have tons of emails, have spoken on the phone to numerous people in the corporate office over more than 5 months. No one seems to be able to do anything and they just keep billing. I have near perfect credit but I was told lots of people just don't pay as there is no customer service to help and no-one is empowered to handle these issues. I have done everything I could to handle this in a responsible way to no avail. PLEASE READ THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU REVIEWS BEOFRE SIGING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY!
