If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an office here for about 5 yrs. Over the course of the years, the service got worse. I rode out the end of my lease (7/31/24) and requested my retainer be refunded. Per policy its supposed to be returned "approximately 30 days after lease termination". A month went by, no return of monies. It took two weeks to get a lot of nonsense excuses, run around and was told I'd get email confirming refund on 10/1. I reached out, still nothing. Multiple help tickets and nothing. The communication with the main corp office is near impossible. They pass the buck down the line and insist you do a 'help ticket' online. Well, that's gotten no where so here I am leaving a review everywhere! I assume they think people will give up since the time and energy chasing them is ludacris for such a small amount but, I'm about principle and I'll get the monies owed to me. The sad (stupid part) on their part is, I was going to get another office in Daytona but instead I'll get office space with another company.

My visit to this location was to Dr. Mandel's ENT office . His office was very clean and up to date. The Doctor's staff was friendly and professional. The complex had plenty of tree covered parking and appears safe.
