It's always something with them. Wish I'd never done business with them. I'm stuck til April. Not gonna air my grief, but it's really not worth it to me.

Had an appointment in this building, but for unknown reasons they keep the doors locked. Then a rude YOUNG lady gives you the 3rd degree on what you are doing there. There are a few businesses in here. But who ever owns the building needs to re- think about customers.

We signed up before they even opened. I was sold a beautiful packaged deal. Well it didn't work the way it was originally explained and I accepted it. As a business owner you learn and move on. Well your annual contract auto renews even though you do not resign. They said a renewal was sent and I did not respond so they signed me up for another annual contract. There is nothing that can be done once you are in that new year so I pay for another year. I have yet to step into that building since I signed the paperwork over 18 months ago. I get it..I signed up for a year and that is on me but do not auto resign me without a signed consent.

Signed up for an office, Sent us a confirmation email listing the office after we paid. Day comes to use the office and turns out they don’t actually have an office for us. It’s a table In a common room. Tries to convince us that’s all we’ve paid for. Still have confirmation email with room number….. regional manager said he was gonna get it sorted out for us and even though we reached out a couple of times never heard back from him. So we tell them OK just cancel the whole thing. Keep the money for the first month we’re out. Then they have the audacity to try to charge us again and again and again. Be careful working with these people.
