⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cowork Annex is hands down the BEST coworking space in Pensacola — maybe even the Gulf Coast. The location on Palafox couldn’t be more perfect: right in the heart of downtown, surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, and all the energy of the city. The space itself is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Whether you need a private office, a dedicated desk, or just a flexible spot to drop in, they’ve got it all covered. The conference rooms are top-notch, the internet is lightning fast, and the shared amenities (kitchen, printing, etc.) make it incredibly easy to be productive. But what really sets Cowork Annex apart is the community. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and connected. They host creative events, networking opportunities, and fun activities that make it so much more than just an office — it’s truly a local hub for entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives. If you’re tired of working from home or looking for an inspiring, professional environment, Cowork Annex is the place to be. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Mallory at the front desk was very helpful. She got me checked in, showed me around, and assisted me with connecting to the Internet. Amenities included, access to real dishware, refrigerator for food, free unlimited coffee and tea. There were even free snacks that included Biscoff cookies! There are also zoom rooms for meetings, restrooms and not to mention the location is awesome. 10/10 highly recommend. I plan to visit again.

Easily one of the best coworking spaces I've been to. Similar to a WeWork it has a style that is a little bit kitsch-y on purpose, but unlike the big brand, it well thought out and felt more personal in its decisions. The phone booths are designed to take calls and are good about reducing echo. It was well trafficked, but still quiet. The staff was particularly attentive and welcoming. Nearby had some great food options. I went to The Garden for lunch, probably about a four block walk. On top of all that it was relatively inexpensive for a day pass. Big fan of this place and was nice to have a place to work from before my flight. Dunno if I'll ever be back in the area, but definitely will stop back in if I am.

I've been a proud member of Cowork Annex for nearly six months now, and I can confidently say that it ticks all the boxes for what I need in a coworking space. Situated in an amazing location, the workspace offers affordability without compromising on quality and amenities. The parking was a concern of mine but they helped me to get a monthly subscription with Premium Parking for a low low $50/month. One of the highlights of Cowork Annex is the breathtaking view from my desk overlooking Palafox place. It's a refreshing sight that inspires creativity and productivity. Alongside this, the space boasts a range of amenities that enhance the coworking experience. First and foremost, the fast internet connection ensures smooth and uninterrupted work sessions. The quiet ambiance allows me to concentrate on my tasks without distractions. For private meetings or important calls, there are plenty of nearby private booths that provide a quiet and comfortable setting. The amenities at Cowork Annex are impressive. Free coffee is available, fueling my productivity throughout the day. The popular "Popcorn Wednesdays" add a touch of fun to the workspace. On some rainy days, they even offer a hot chocolate bar, providing a cozy and comforting treat. What sets Cowork Annex apart is the availability of meeting rooms for rent to the public. As a member, I also receive a few credits included with my monthly rent, making it convenient to book and use these professional spaces when needed. The meeting rooms, including the 6, 8, and 12 person conference rooms, are consistently clean and well-stocked, creating a polished and professional environment. They are available to rent by the general public , and even have a larger event room ! Lastly, the administrative team, led by Nick, deserves special mention. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor, coupled with their efforts to create a fun and vibrant office culture, contributes to the overall positive atmosphere at Cowork Annex. If you're seeking an ideal coworking space, Cowork Annex is the perfect choice. From its prime location and stunning views to its fast internet, private booths, and impressive amenities, it caters to the diverse needs of professionals.
