Estuve hoy en venturex palmetto bay y me gustó mucho el ambiente familiar y conocí mucha gente de diferente tipos de negocios. Especialmente el sushi del chef Norlan está buenisimo. Se los recomiendo!!!

Excellent place to get work done. I love going to there to get my meetings done and get all of my work done. Also amazing atmosphere and very friendly staff. Good coffee and different vendors go there on a daily basis to sell delicious food. Overall an amazing place to get work and business meetings done.

I can’t say enough good things about the team at Venture X Palmetto Bay! They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating to my specific needs. The facility is beautiful and professional. If you are looking for a workspace, whether it’s a full private office or just a virtual office solution, I highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed.

Venturex is amazing and I dont know where to even begin, the people are so nice, the environment is so friendly and the offices are beautiful too. Not to mention how much I've gained since I've been there. The number of clientel have increase that's for sure😊. So happy with this place!!!
At Venture X Palmetto Bay, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. For those looking for a workspace for an entire day, Meeting Rooms are also available. In addition, Coworking Memberships and Dedicated Desks can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Venture X Palmetto Bay.
Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Venture X Palmetto Bay, who is more than happy to help out.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
