Headquartered in downtown Orlando, Florida, The Conduit offers single day access passes, hot desks, and monthly desk and office membership plans to people and companies from all industries and sectors who genuinely believe in the power of relationships and community.

The Conduit facility is 19,000 square feet and consists of 21 private offices, a snack room, photo studio, two large conference rooms, two meeting rooms, a common area, art gallery, mail room, and three bathrooms. Members and guests enjoy the following benefits:

I was visiting from out of town and needed a last-minute place to work since where I was staying was noisy and didn’t really have a good setup for it. I signed up for a day pass the night before and the whole process was super easy. Everything was set up ahead of time, and they send you a link to unlock the door, which was really convenient. Just a heads up, you can’t open the door until exactly 8am, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. You can also hear I think it’s the Subway??periodically but that also didn’t bother me much. This was my first time using a coworking space and I absolutely loved it here. They roast their own coffee inside (which was really cool to watch), so the smell of fresh coffee hits you as soon as you walk in. The space itself is clean, well-kept, and has plenty of room to work without being overly loud. Everyone was respectful of each other’s space, which made it really easy to focus and get work done. They also have private phone booth offices for meetings or calls, which was nice. Overall, I had a really great experience and will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town!

Needed a place to work near downtown last week and the Conduit was a perfect fit. It easy easy to sign up for the day and everyone was very nice. Great open space with lots of desk space and power. Coffee, teas and snacks were also a nice addition. Will be coming back next time I need a space to work near downtown.

Kind of disappointing to have paid in advance for a day pass only to find out the "phone booths" are "booths" with a curtain instead of a door, so if you have a sensitive meeting where you don't want folks potentially hearing (or sound bleeding into your meeting from another "phone booth"), you have to pay extra to book a conference room. While it is nice to offer the conference rooms at 50% off, private phone booths was our entire reason for getting a day pass here, so we were frustrated to have to pay extra on top of the day pass. Of course, if you don't care about folks overhearing your meeting (or disturbing other guests), you could just walk up and down the common space on your phone like some of the other guests here seem to enjoy doing. The free parking is a nice perk, and the location is nice, but I doubt we'll be back. I could see this being a good space if you're looking for a recurring spot to work from and don't need a private meeting space often, but it just wasn't a great spot if you're looking for a place to pop-in to take some work meetings while traveling or having work done on your house.
