Reliable internet is an issue here. Very slow when connected via WiFi or wired. We have been asking for some time now for a solution. Corporate Regus tells us that the internet is fine but several other offices are having same issues 12/15/25 update. Regus has informed us that the internet is sufficient at 100mb for over 60 people. 1 to 2gbps is needed for this many people. I wouldn’t recommend renting from this location if you want to do more than just send out emails. We have rented from them for almost 3 years at this location and they don’t care we have to use a Verizon Hotspot to perform our jobs.

I've been using Regus for 20 years and every office has been great. However today I had 3 consults at the Orlando Sand Lake office and Connor and Patricia were extremely friendly and professional with me and our patients. Big Kudos to them for their awesome level of service.

Great office spaces with lake view and views to Universal volcanoes. Parking is free.

AC is out often on 5th floor. For the price paid per month dependable AC shouldn't be an issue.

Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with HQ.
