They promised secure offices and my offices were left wide open over night, no cameras, no accountability. I’ve paid for two office space there for a year and haven’t been in them. They just want your money, they don’t care. If you’re a financial advisor or have a secure business, do not trust Regus. Their corporate called me a month ago to ask why I wasn’t renewing my contract, when I told them what happened, they said they had no record of the incident and that somebody would reach out to discuss further, nobody did. They said the manager for my area “Brandon” wasn’t doing things the right way. Terrible experience. Update (10/1) - Regus replied to this review and then deleted their reply. Perhaps trying to save face from admitting wrong doing and having to give me back the tens of thousands I've paid them this year for two offices I haven't touched. CLOWNS

DO NOT USE REGUS. Over the last 6 years I have paid hundreds of not thousands of dollars in "late fees" even though the issue was not on my end. I've had my card on auto pay for my account, and every few months without fail the credit card would no longer be in there system after several successful auto payments going through, and this last time I am literally staring at the card on file in their system as the primary payment method and have now been charged overdue late fees once again. This company is a joke for what should be an easy business to run.

The Regus office near UCF campus is really great. It is modern and has a good kitchen area. The best part is the front desk service, with Sergio providing truly exceptional care of all Regus tenants - he is sharp, attentive, and always friendly. I’ve been to Regus/Spaces offices in five countries and several U.S. states and this is the best service so far in my travels. Keep it up Regus.

Tried this place for a month, thier website is very sneaky and signs you up for a 2 year contract. I've already paid $200, after only going 1 time, they want me to pay $1,000. Horrible company with zero support. Account Number: 15701049

The location sucks in terms of internet connection issues. DO NOT use this location if you want basic internet to work. Their response rates also suck. We have repeatedly complained about this issue. They say they raise IT tickets but no one responds.
