The Regus office near UCF campus is really great. It is modern and has a good kitchen area. The best part is the front desk service, with Sergio providing truly exceptional care of all Regus tenants - he is sharp, attentive, and always friendly. I’ve been to Regus/Spaces offices in five countries and several U.S. states and this is the best service so far in my travels. Keep it up Regus.

Tried this place for a month, thier website is very sneaky and signs you up for a 2 year contract. I've already paid $200, after only going 1 time, they want me to pay $1,000. Horrible company with zero support. Account Number: 15701049

The location sucks in terms of internet connection issues. DO NOT use this location if you want basic internet to work. Their response rates also suck. We have repeatedly complained about this issue. They say they raise IT tickets but no one responds.

I have been a client of Regus for many years and their services have only gone downhill—so much so that last year I wanted to transfer my services to a mail-only program since I am never there and I have stopped trying to use their services and I am still having so many problems with them. Last YEAR, I spoke with the facility manager, Ali, and requested the transfer and to renegotiate my contract. They said they would get back to me, but I had never received any correspondence. After trying to follow up many times I finally spoke to someone who told me my plan was cancelled, and I had been assigned a completely new lease that locked me into an agreement until 2026. I was reinstated into a lease I DID NOT agree to and I DID NOT sign for. NO ONE told me or updated me about this. It has been over eight months and I still have yet to find someone to help me fix this. I would not recommend Regus or their services to anyone. The company does not hold professionalism to a high standard, there is nothing clear about how to receive help for their processes or services to accomplish what you actually need, and it seems like the people who do work there are always quitting. Their internal system is disorganized and they are not responsive. They make decisions for themselves, and they are always changing things without updating or informing the client. They do not fix their mistakes and they do not help. You will not be able to find what you need with Regus.

Unprofessional money grabbers!! As a new client of Regus, I'm deeply disappointed with the level of professionalism and clarity in their invoicing process. Being charged a late payment fee for an invoice dated and due on the very same day is beyond comprehension. Additionally, the activation fee for what seems to be an automated service raises concerns. It's baffling to receive an invoice for December services when November has just started. For a firm as reputed as Regus, I expected a seamless and transparent experience. Unfortunately, this has not been the case. I hope potential clients consider this feedback before making a decision. Charging clients 6 weeks in advance is simply theft I have been a client for less than three weeks and they have sent me over $450 worth of invoices for a $136 virtual office.
