I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I am receiving from Regus at the downtown Orlando location. As a tenant leasing space and subscribing to a premium phone service, I have encountered several issues that are negatively impacting my business. Recently, I received a complaint from a prospective client who had attempted to contact our company for over a week. She encountered multiple unprofessional interactions, including dropped calls, inexperienced staff, and failure to connect her to our company line. This client eventually found us through another resource and detailed her frustrating experience. On May 14, I communicated these issues to Regus via email. I was informed that there was a problem with the phone service and that my plan had been upgraded to resolve the issues. Despite these assurances, the problems have persisted. A few days ago, I received a one-star review on Google from another irate potential customer who experienced similar difficulties in reaching us. This individual attempted to contact us five times unsuccessfully, severely impacting our reputation. As a contractor, I rely on a phone service company to handle calls professionally and provide warm transfers to our project managers. Unfortunately, I have experienced firsthand the ongoing issues, including unprofessional call handling and abrupt disconnections. My recent attempt to resolve these issues was met with a lack of empathy and understanding. When I contacted Reyes again, I was told that all they could do was put in a ticket. Despite explaining that Regus is responsible for the third-party service, I received no apology or acknowledgment of the impact on my business. This situation has led to significant frustration and concern. My company prides itself on providing excellent service, and I expect the same level of professionalism from those I do business with. The persistent issues with your phone service are affecting our operations and reputation, which is unacceptable. Given these circumstances, I am leaving this one-star rating as a reflection of my experience. When my lease is up, I will not be renewing it with Regus. What’s even more alarming is the number of low ratings on Google that this location has! I urge you to address these issues promptly and ensure that other businesses do not face similar challenges.
