All in all, it has been a good experience with Expansive as an immersive workplace. Jake and Dana offer an impressive level of service with responsiveness, attentiveness, and genuinely invested in creating a productive and welcoming environment. While the building itself is older, there’s charm (and quirks!) that come with the property. Any issues that have arisen are being addressed promptly and professionally. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear and proactive. One of the standout features is the thoughtfully curated gatherings and events. They’re unique, engaging, and foster a real sense of community among members — not just networking for the sake of networking, but meaningful connections. Overall, it’s a interesting, well-supported workspace with character, community, and good service. It’s a good option for anyone looking for more than just a desk.
