I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. I purchased a stove and microwave, and after only 22 days, the stove stopped working correctly. Before making my purchase, I specifically asked about the return policy and was told I could bring the appliance back within 30 days if there was a problem. At no point was I told that this depended on who installed the stove. When the stove stopped working, I contacted the store immediately and even provided photos and videos showing the problem. Despite having documentation of the issue, the owner, who is also the manager, refused to honor the 30-day return policy, saying it didn't apply because the stove wasn't installed by them. That condition was never disclosed to me when I purchased the appliance. Instead, I was told I had to go through the manufacturer's warranty. What was completely unacceptable was how I was treated. The owner raised her voice, yelled at me, and told me she wasn't going to help because it was "my fault" for not having the stove installed. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, she blamed me for a brand-new appliance failing after only 22 days and even blamed her brother for what I had been told at the time of purchase instead of taking responsibility as the owner and manager. The only time she offered to take the stove back was after I told her I would dispute the charge with my credit card company for the full purchase amount. It was disappointing that it took mentioning a chargeback before she was willing to help. A product can have defects, but how a business responds is what matters. I did everything I could to document the problem, followed up promptly, and simply expected the store to honor what I had been told when I made my purchase. Instead, I was met with hostility, blame, and a lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Spoke with Mary and was able to consummate this transaction over the phone with confidence and immediate confirmation of funds Received along with an invoice with all the information verified and marked paid. Scheduled delivery without any problem and was not only on time but ahead of schedule. I still had a few things to do to make room for the freezer and Euro jumped in and helped out and made it run so smooth. And … Delivered with the freezer is a warranty package for one year. Like I told Mary this was the easiest and quickest transaction I’ve ever made for an Appliance. Thanks again for a wonderful business transaction and ethics. I’ll be calling you first when I’m looking for another Appliance oh, and I didn’t mention it was the best price I could find.
