The building is well maintained, and the staff are consistently professional and courteous. The reason for my four star rating is a concern regarding a dog that is frequently brought into the building by a young woman. While I appreciate and generally welcome pets, this particular dog does not appear to be adequately trained. There have been instances where the dog has behaved aggressively toward individuals in the building without any apparent provocation. Given the potential safety concerns, I believe management should address the situation before it results in someone being injured. Aside from this issue, my experience with the building has been positive.

Corporate was very nice and made things right, even when the sales rep. made some mistakes.

I signed up for a Virtual Office / Mailbox Plus service, and before the service even started, I was already being told to submit tickets and jump through hoops to remove services I never asked for in the first place. The biggest issue is the lack of real customer service. There does not seem to be a simple way to get an actual person on the phone who can fix the problem. Instead, you are pushed into a portal, random support tickets, and chat-style responses, leaving you at the mercy of whoever happens to answer. For a company selling business services, the process feels unnecessarily difficult and disorganized. It should not be this hard to clarify what was included, remove something that was not requested, or cancel before the service even begins.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0 STAR RATING I WOULD! Worst decision I’ve ever made in my entire life to sign up for a place like this. WORST customer service. FALSIFIED INFORMATION AND THEY WILL TAKE EVERY PEMNY FROM YOU AND SAY ITS BECAUSE OF A DAMN CONTRACT. IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR MONTHS and they have charged me over what an insurance bill would cost. Horrible absolutely inhumane. Regus do better, or you are going to make the wrong person unhappy and regret it.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. We leased a unit from Regus, terrible decision. They are not helpful at all. They will nickel and dime the heck out of you. They will tell you one thing and then you will find out later that is not the case. There is another place in the same building where you can lease from, go lease with them. DO NOT LEASE AT REGUS, you will just be throwing money away.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Regus - 4700 Millenia Lakes operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
