This location looks acceptable on the surface, but the actual experience is deeply frustrating. The management is disorganized and difficult to deal with. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often ignored. Simple requests turn into ongoing issues with no clear resolution or follow-up. Billing lacks clarity and reliability. Charges appear without proper explanation, invoices change, and there is no transparent system that allows tenants to clearly understand what they are paying for. When discrepancies are raised, they are dismissed rather than corrected. The workspace itself is not managed to a professional standard. Comfort, consistency, and basic operational reliability are lacking, which directly affects productivity and day-to-day work. Overall, this is not a tenant-focused operation. Expectations set at the beginning are not met, and the ongoing experience does not justify the cost or the inconvenience. I would not recommend Orlando Office Center to anyone looking for a dependable office solution

They constantly charge hidden fees. The contract is intentionally confusing, with abusive clauses written in very small print. When you move out, they charge $200 per desk for no legitimate reason, simply because they want. They never return the security deposit. There is always an excuse. Every month, new hidden charges appear on your account. When you complain, they do not remove them. Instead, they add more charges. They also increase prices without any prior notice. The air conditioning never works properly. It is either extremely hot or extremely cold. It is never suitable for a professional work environment. They do not act professionally and they are not honest. Problems are ignored and accountability is nonexistent. This is, without question, the worst office space I have ever rented. I would never, under any circumstances, recommend Orlando Office Center to anyone

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • To truly understand what Orlando Office Center - Central Business District has to offer, we recommend scheduling a tour to get a firsthand feel of the environment and amenities. Fill out this form to let us know the date and time that works for you, and we'll be happy to show you around.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Orlando Office Center.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Orlando Office Center, who is more than happy to help out.
