I had to host and larger meeting that normal and my original plans fell through. I hesitated to use "The 5th Floor " because at first glance i thought it it would be out of the budget. But to my surprise it was very affordable. The High-end modern design and finishes made me feel as if i was in an 5 start hotel, the Ladies at the desk even let me use the refrigerator/freezer space to store food and drink while i prepped. I'm for Sure going to be booking more meeting here!

The venue is beautiful, there is no doubt about that. I was communicating with the manager the day before viewing the property on Peerspace and all seemed well and available. Until my black husband and I toured the venue the next day for a family Christmas party, then all of a sudden at the end of the tour we were told they all of a sudden wouldn’t have staffing for our event, they immediately declined our request to book. I would say these things happen but they had our date of the 12/23 available on the website and it wasn’t till the manager Jacqueline saw us in person were our request to book then declined. Never again, please be aware!

This place is OUTSTANDING! The staff is more than amazing and the spaces are perfect. Rent a space for big or small events- in a gorgeous location with plenty of parking. Downtown Avalon is also quaint and lots of local food available nearby. It is the perfect spot to hold an event or meeting. I am so happy I found this and would highly recommend. Jacqueline was absolutely THE Best! I felt taken care of and welcomed as a new customer.
