Amazing place to work at. We have worked and looked at other executive office spaces in the market and this place exceeds our expectations. The front desk staff Stephanie and Dakota are very welcoming and make it a great office environment with a built-in office culture and amenities not other co-working office space has. Thanks

All of the great reviews and promise of this company are why I signed up, however my experience has been nothing but negative and is why I need to share my experience to hopefully save someone else from business loss, monetary loss and a huge headache. I hate to bash a company that may be doing well on other fronts but what happened to me is just unacceptable. I became a member with industrious at the end of 02/2025 as a virtual membership for my business. First, Google immediately blocked and removed my business from any Google search the SAME DAY that I signed up for Industrious. My professional business no longer exists on Google and was immediately blocked because Google business does not allow you to have a virtual address at a location that is virtual only. Meaning you have to see clients at the address you post in your Google business account. My business lost all of my positive reviews and online traffic that I worked hard for many years to earn and now I have to start over from scratch. Second, their membership specifically states you can use their address for your virtual business ADDRESS and this was NOT TRUE for me. Third, the customer service was very difficult to reach, not answering emails for days and in some cases more than a week. It took SEVERAL WEEKS of back and forth’s with proof on my part for them to determine that they in fact messed up. This delay in communication cost me even more monthly fees when I was not receiving the promised product. I did not receive a refund for all of my troubles, lost my entire google business account, and had my client traffic destroyed. Instead they are requiring me to pay an additional month …crazy. This is not how a business that cares for their customers is run. I am disappointed to say the least and hope that my experience does not happen to anyone else.
