I recently hosted a client appreciation party here, and it was absolutely perfect. The moment you walk in, you can feel the charm and history of this 100-year-old mansion — it doesn’t feel like an office at all. It’s warm, welcoming, and gives everyone that cozy, “homey” feeling. My guests kept commenting on how special the space felt! The staff went above and beyond — they had fresh coffee ready for us, were so accommodating throughout the day, and made everything effortless. We had plenty of room to spread out between the living room, café area, and the beautiful front patio. It offered the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor space, especially since my event was family-focused with photo shoots happening throughout. If you’re looking for a venue that feels elegant yet inviting, The Woodruff is the place. I’ll be hosting this event every year at The Woodruff — it’s become a tradition!

The Woodruff was such a stunning spot for our August NextGen event. Everyone loved it. A lot of people hadn’t even heard of the space before, but it instantly became a favorite. The team was super easy to work with and open to some of our bigger, more creative ideas. Definitely a venue we’d love to use again!

My company participated in a business meeting at the Woodruff in late January 2025. The facility includes a mix of old world charm from its origins as a law office, coupled with selected updates in office and gathering areas. We used a conference room with a large antique table and matching chairs that accommodates approximately 12 people. The staff were very helpful and ensured we were supported throughout the day. The setting for the facility was particularly noteworthy as it sets on a very large park-like parcel of land that overlooks a lake and downtown Orlando.

The Woodruff is an amazing workspace - all offices and common spaces have been updated and professionally designed, while keeping the historic character in tact. The location can’t be beat - downtown and close to the best restaurants and venues in Orlando. It has several lakes within just a block which is perfect for a pre-work or midday walk to get some fresh air or exercise.
