I’ve had an outstanding experience at Regus – North Miami – Causeway Square. From the moment you walk into the building, you can tell this location is designed for professionals who value both productivity and presentation. The Causeway Square property itself is modern, clean, and extremely well-maintained, which immediately gives clients and guests a strong first impression. The reception team is one of the biggest highlights of this location. They are consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. Every time I’ve had visitors, they’ve been greeted warmly and directed efficiently, which reflects very well on my business. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly — from handling mail and packages to assisting with meeting room bookings and last-minute requests. The office spaces are bright, quiet, and thoughtfully laid out. There’s plenty of natural light, and many rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding area, creating a calm yet motivating work environment. The offices are furnished with modern, comfortable furniture, reliable high-speed internet, and well-maintained equipment. Everything is clean and consistently organized, making it easy to focus and stay productive. The meeting rooms are another major advantage. They’re spacious, equipped with large screens and presentation tools, and always prepared ahead of scheduled bookings. Whether hosting a small team meeting or meeting with important clients, the space feels polished and professional.

We rented a physical office with Regus for nearly two years. After moving out, we were unexpectedly charged almost $600 “restoration services” that was never clearly disclosed in the contract. On top of that, we are now being asked to pay an additional one-third of our monthly rent as another unexplained charge. These fees only appeared after the contract ended. Very non-transparent and unfair practices. Be extremely careful — even after years of on-time payments, Regus may hit you with hidden move-out charges. I do not recommend.

Don’t rent from Regus—they hide important details, like taking two deposits that are only returned after 30 business days post-contract, billing rent two weeks before the month begins, burying hidden activation fees in the terms of use rather than the contract, and charging $596.79 for a “Restoration service” (fake cleanup) that’s tucked away in the fine print. Thinking of saving on office space in North Miami, FL? It won’t work with Regus, as it’s a trap for small businesses that promises flexibility and savings but actually rips you off—better to choose local options or other coworkings without such surprises and stay away to truly save money!
