This company is total garbage! If I could give negative stars I definitely would! I set up an account for a new business my partner and I started in July of 2025. I selected the $10/mo additional add-on for a phone number. I request for the phone number add-on to be removed in September of 2025, yet the company kept billing me for it until I discovered it this month. They removed it and refused to refund my credit card for the 10 months that they overcharged me! I was told that Claudia credited my account for $100 but I stated that I was going to cancel the account. Sara stated that they cannot refund my card which is a bunch of bull and fraud! This company is a fraud and has the worst customer service. They leave you on hold for 20+ minutes and never return to the chat or phone line. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida state Attorney General's office and the BBB. Don't waste your time with this company!

Continued to charge a private CC after the business was dissolved. Good business practice would be to refund for an upfront annual payment (pro-rate) rather than scam people.
