My husband and I recently had the misfortune of utilizing the services of Office Edge Brickell, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others and prevent them from going through the same ordeal. During the holiday season, a crucial time for receiving important mail, our mail mysteriously vanished while under the care of Office Edge Brickell. What made matters worse was that two of our valued clients had sent us holiday cards with gift cards, which never made it to us. This was not only a loss of sentimental value but also a loss of trust from our clients. When we reached out to the office manager to address the issue, their response was shockingly nonchalant. Instead of showing concern and taking immediate action to help us locate the missing mail, they brushed off the matter as if it was of no significance. This level of indifference and lack of assistance was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Considering the importance of customer service in any business, it is truly disheartening to encounter such a blatant disregard for client satisfaction. As a result of this experience, we made the decision not to renew our contract with Office Edge Brickell. To any real broker looking to post their license with a company for business purposes, I strongly advise you to avoid Office Edge Brickell. Their negligent handling of our mail and their nonchalant attitude towards resolving the issue are clear indicators of their lack of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I urge anyone considering the services of Office Edge Brickell to think twice and explore other options. Your mail and important documents should be handled with the utmost care and responsibility, which unfortunately was severely lacking in our experience with this company. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by seeking a more reliable and customer-oriented service provider.
