Perfectly located building for an office, with the huge advantage of parking and easy access to Biscayne Blvd and I-95. The management team is by far the best I’ve worked with, responsive, professional, and truly cares about the space and tenants. The common areas are always clean and well maintained, and there’s a great community and atmosphere throughout the building. Very happy here and would definitely recommend it.

I recently moved into my office space at Miami Co-Working, and I couldn't be happier with my experience so far! From the moment I stepped into the building, I was impressed by the friendly and professional atmosphere. I want to give a special shoutout to Joseph, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions, provided a detailed tour of the space, and ensured that my office was ready for move-in day. His expertise and guidance made the transition seamless. The building itself is fantastic. It's clean, well-maintained, and equipped with security features, including security cameras and lock codes for both entrances and individual offices. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my workspace is secure. I'm also impressed by the quality of the people working in the building. Everyone is so friendly, professional, and supportive. After trying several coworking spaces in Miami, I can confidently say Miami Coworking Creative Spaces is the best by far! The vibe here is so welcoming and positive, and the community of people is genuinely awesome. I love the modern, airy layout—it feels open and creative. Parking and street access are super convenient, and the neighborhood feels really safe, which was a major factor for me. Compared to other places I've used (including WeWork), this spot is affordable and offers way more value.
