Mana Tech is an excellent place to work and build connections in Miami. The community vibe is strong, and the weekly events are consistently great. Kastaki, the office manager, truly elevates the experience —professional, attentive, and always on top of the details. Highly recommended!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but felt inclined to for a few important reasons. As a founder, I was looking to get more immersed in the Miami tech scene coming from NYC, and from the moment I got the tour from Kastaki, everyone is extremely welcoming + helpful. Even after that, I need a recommendation for things and Kastaki was better than Google. Simply put, from Leadership down everyone is accessible. I’ve met countless folks within the Mana community now, and gives me a sense of comfort having a place to work with my crazy schedule. Lastly, the biggest thing that stood out versus other spaces or competitors was how clean and well maintained everything is. It’s one of those small things that sometimes gets overlooked by places but mana crushed. Keep building a great community 👏👏👏

Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Mana Hubs.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
