DO NOT RENT AT MADE at the Citadel under Jonathan Lara. My experience was terrible from start to finish. • The space was dirty and poorly maintained — appliances in the kitchen didn’t work, printers were broken, and general upkeep was awful. • The elevator never worked, with promises of being fixed and never fixed it and stopped replying. and parking has become very difficult. • Jonathan Lara did not follow through on commitments, ignored emails, and was extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. • Renovations were handled horribly — all members on the upper floor were suddenly forced to vacate within one month, including long-standing members, with no prior notice. They signed me knowing investments would be done, and knowing they will kick me out in less than 2 months. • Work done on the space was low-quality and poorly executed, dirty and common amenities most of appliances did not work. bathroom was dirty as well. • The short-term lease and constant changes caused financial loss and disruption to my business. Overall, Jonathan Lara is unreliable, unprofessional, and misleading, and MADE at the Citadel is not a place I would recommend for any business.
