I use The Abbey at Aventura Industrious a couple of days each month, as my primary office is in Coconut Grove, and I always have a great experience. The space is welcoming, professional, and consistently clean and well maintained. A special thanks to Jesus, the manager, who always brings great energy and makes everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend Industrious Aventura!!

Working here for the past 2 years after testing all the other options in north miami/aventura. Staff is excellent, lot of improvements over time, lot of lunch options.

The place is friendly but for open space there isn’t peaceful enough. It’s really good to work at night. The venue works 24/7. It’s modern and clean. Some times difficult to find a private place for working. The rules are good. The forgive lesser mistakes but they can put a charge for using a conference room for too long. The location is really beautiful.

Today's events: Scheduled an appointment online for tour today. Texted shortly after that appointment slot was not actually available. Okay let's set it up for later in the day. Confirmed. Show up at appointment time, 3 doors all locked, called phone number 3 times, no answer. 87 degrees outside, stuck outside, no phone call back. Can we do better?
