How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction. For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity. Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Industrious.

Once I’m a member, can I store my belongings there overnight?

Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

Absolutely love working from Industrious. The atmosphere is professional, modern, and incredibly productive without feeling cold or corporate. The staff is always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make members feel comfortable. The workspace itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and full of natural light. Fast Wi-Fi, quiet meeting rooms, great coffee, and thoughtful details everywhere make a huge difference during long workdays. Networking opportunities here also feel natural because the community is filled with motivated and respectful professionals. If you want a workspace that combines premium service, comfort, and a strong business environment, Industrious truly stands out. Easily one of the best coworking experiences I’ve had in the U.S.

Great coworking spot in Brickell with an amazing view of Biscayne Bay. The space is clean, organized, and easy to focus in. Diego was incredibly welcoming and made the whole experience, and Amanda was super helpful too. Highly recommend if you need a professional place to work outside the house.

I did two days on-demand when visiting Miami in January. This is truly a great co-working space, and Molly is doing exceptional work there.
