Signed up in July for what the sales rep pitched, verbally and in the written proposal, as a flexible month-to-month desk. Within the first ten days Regus invoiced a retainer, prorated charges, an activation fee, and TWO further months in advance, about $1,390 on a "month-to-month" product. I emailed the sales rep the same day I saw the charges. No reply. Replied to their payment reminder the next day. No reply. Nobody responded for 12 days, during which another month's charges were generated, and Regus then told me those charges were valid because I "hadn't given notice in time." When they finally told me to cancel through their MyRegus portal, the End Agreement function didn't work on my account (I kept screenshots). Meanwhile they sent the account to "debt collectors" who email from Regus's own corporate domain. I have never set foot in the space, not once. A staff member here even spoke to the sales rep and confirmed to me that I was misled about the terms, and corporate still refused to fix it, offering an $11.74 credit against $1,390 in disputed charges. I've now filed complaints with the CFPB and the Florida Attorney General. The local staff member who tried to help was lovely. Everything else about this process has been the worst commercial experience I've had.

Spaces Wynwood is a great place to work. The workspaces are well organized, and the location in the heart of Wynwood is hard to beat. Ashley and Jocelyn, the office managers, are wonderful, friendly, and incredibly helpful.

Very frustrating user experience. It literally took me like 15 minutes after arriving to download their semi functioning mobile app and hand over ever scrap of my personal data before I could even make a booking and get to my meeting room. They literally don’t let you book a room at the front desk. I really don’t recommend this place. Staff was nice.

It starts with the staff. Ashely and Jocelyn are welcoming and helpful. They are always so friendly. The offices are always clean and have excellent WiFi. Spaces in Wynwood-Cube is simply the best co working space in the world.

Where Execution Meets Environment: How Spaces Wynwood Cube Sets the Standard in Flexible Workspaces . Walk into this Wynwood hub and it’s immediately clear you’re dealing with a workspace that takes its job seriously. There’s no ambiguity in how this workspace operates. Clients report a seamless onboarding process, clear communication on membership tiers and access, and systems that support daily business flow. Staff aren’t just polite; they’re highly responsive, attentive, and genuinely “extensions of the team” for long-term members. That kind of institutional memory — and the willingness to take calls, coordinate bookings, and solve little problems before they become big ones — speaks to disciplined internal processes and real operational competence. . Client Experience: Respect, Attention, and Priority Treatment . . Clients consistently highlight a culture of attentiveness here. Whether you’re a freelance strategist pitching from a meeting room or a startup anchoring your Miami HQ for years, clients say the team treats business needs with respect and urgency. Words like “helpful,” “accommodating,” and “instrumental” come up repeatedly in reviews. Even in a shared environment, there’s a sense that individual needs aren’t lost in the crowd — a tough balance that Spaces Wynwood handles smoothly. . The Environment: Clean, Organized, and Purpose Built . This isn’t a garage-converted hack space; it’s a thoughtfully designed business ecosystem. Members talk about both collaborative areas and quiet spaces for solo work — a design choice that clearly underpins productivity and professionalism. The ambience supports work — it doesn’t distract from it. And while periodic reports elsewhere mention parking challenges in Wynwood’s intense urban fabric, those are issues of neighborhood infrastructure, not the workspace itself. . Pricing & Value: Transparent and Competitive . Spaces Wynwood Cube packages a premium environment with pricing that reflects its strategic location and robust service stack. Members get everything from hot desks to dedicated offices and professionally handled mail/call services. No one reports surprise fees or opaque contracts; instead, feedback suggests you generally know what you’re investing in and why. In the crowded coworking market, that level of transparency isn’t just appreciated — it’s differentiating. . This is a workspace that combines style with substance. It delivers on responsiveness, respects the client’s time, and elevates professionalism across every touchpoint. For entrepreneurs, small teams, or satellite offices that demand efficiency and predictability from their environment, Spaces Wynwood Cube earns its five-star reputation as a best-in-class flexible office solution.
