My $3,200 - 24 inch iMac computer was stolen from the cubicle and the office replaced it with an old $50 Mac cinema display with broken glass. It is unfortunate. I really loved this office...

This is Regus, the business model operates on a pay-upfront basis, and if payment is not received within 5 days, they begin a collections process and initiate immediate legal action against you. The whole floor smells like cigar smoke from the cigar bar next door. Is like working at the bar, could not sit there, we asked for cancelation and they responded absolutely NOTHING. No communication or response from their end on this matter, this is a non-working environment and a health hazard. I wanted to bring these issues to your attention and recommend that future clients carefully consider these factors before committing to a contract with Regus.

I never write reviews but this deserves one. I rented the private office downstairs, and because of the cigar shop next door, it smelled of smoke. The staff were incredibly unhelpful in resolving the issue, I lost money because I had to move out immediately, and overall, it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a work space.

it's a disaster, I've been billed for 6 months and I've asked to be billed again as indicated in my contract, monthly. Impossible, even though it's spelled out in my contract, and on top of that they want to bill me $500 late, even though I explained to them that I wanted to be billed monthly. They refuse to redo the bill. In short, flee from them. last update oct 2024: you're dreaming if you're hoping to get your deposit back quickly, for me it took over 5 months and many complaint emails to support.

Next to Coco-walk and Mr C hotel & residences. Sharing office space is small but convenient and staff is very welcoming.
