Spaces - Miami - One Brickell

I really didn’t like working in this place. Rachel was really mean and unhelpful. Just like other people complained that the billing was messed up, mine was too. I only signed up for 6 months and then I have documented proof of me cancelling and they renewed the lease automatically. I would recommend dealing with a different place, there’s plenty in the area.

Sally Tejon it is a great support person. I will say that Spaces Brickell is for us a "hub" from our Fort Lauderdale spaces offices and Sally always is very kind, supportive and always asking care of clients and staff... thanks Sally

MIAMI, FL - I am probably one of the longest active members Spaces has. In fact, I became a client in 2004 when this company was called “HQ” on the 9th floor, then it became “Regus” and finally, now it’s called “Spaces” - quite an evolution! . So, is it worth it to do business with Spaces? Honestly, get a quote for what you are looking for and then shop around. As of today, I am not an active client of this center but I'm still a member, even though I have a client profile and I can log into if I ever decide to activate my products and services with them again. . My biggest complaint: Billing - Spaces is very eager to get your signature on a contract and get your money up front. But if you don’t cancel your contract according to their rules, you could end up losing money for months you did not use. And guess what? They will refund your deposit 45 days AFTER you have terminated your contract. . Back in 2004 HQ had no competitors in the area of virtual office services and their customer service was first-class. I know because Fay was in charge of not only this center, but the entire South Florida region. Since she left, over a decade ago, the company could never retain employees long enough and they focus on sales rather than customer relationship management
