They were supposed to be open 24x7. We came in on a Sunday and the guard at reception said she had to call someone. We said forget it and went elsewhere.

The most disgusting kitchen I have ever seen in a Regus office. The microwave and sponges smell really bad.

I am a Real Estate Broker. I leased an office in Brickell Key. This is the worst idea I ever had. Their "community Team" is useless. I paid upfront the entire term of my lease (one year) and Regus still charges my credit card indiscriminately for charges that I am not responsible for. I've been trying to contact and get help for over a month and I only get more charges to my credit card. NEVER SIGN A LEASE WITH REGUS...Please go somewhere else.

The German Regus manager booked an office for 28 Days in Feb. 22 quoting 1,300USD. Unfortunately she was not aware that there will be an additional 500USD restoration fee even if nothing needs to be restored in the office after such a short period of time. On top of that 15 bills were created and I am still trying to get my deposit back. Overall bad experience and way too cold AC.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with Regus.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • Want to get a feel for the workspace before signing up? Schedule a tour to experience Regus - Miami - Downtown and envision your workday in this dynamic environment. All you need to do is fill out this form, indicating your preferred date and time, and we'll be happy to host you.

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Regus may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.
