I started a small business and signed a one year agreement for Regus shared office spaces. The agreement ended July 31 2025. They sent me a notice on April 9 stating if I want to change to a 6 month or 24 month agreement I needed to do so by April 30, but never stating a deadline to cancel the agreement. The next notice I received was on May 2 stating my agreement has been renewed until July 31 2026. When I complained they sent me a copy of the fine print in the agreement stating the required 3 months notice. I think most would agree the auto-renewal industry is a little out of control, however, auto renewing 3 months in advance is way out of control. When I canceled, I was planning on signing back up with Regus when I needed to utilize the space more. I like the fact you can use it nationwide. HOWEVER, I will never sign up again. Last thing people should know is Regus is franchised, so you have to deal with individual owners and their management. Miami Dadeland will not let you speak with anyone except the agent who answers the phone. There are better options for small business owners than Regus!!

Restoration fee? A restoration fee is going to be charged to your rental, $4.50 a square foot. It is not mentioned in the terms and conditions and is only mentioned in "house rules." It turned what was an ok month to month rate into a very unreasonable one. If you're a company that doesn't care about these fees, then no worries! However if you are a company that tries to avoid fees that don't make sense or are hidden, then this is not your place. One last note: the room I occupied was not restored, the scrapes on the wall and holes were not patched, and you could easily hear the neighbors in both their office and in the hallway. I don't like to give a bad review, but Regus earned it. And instead of the one star review which means I hated it, I changed that to a two star review because I know that the people running the day to day are not directly responsible, and only follow the orders of an owner. A two star says so much more, doesn't it Regus? ***Follow up: We did file, I wouldn't have posted photos of the office, nor wasted my time with this review, nor shared information that any prospective tenant would want to know. $4.50 a foot in 2024, did it go up? Check out "House Rules."

They will not help you in a pinch. Zero regard for any sense of urgency. Took them 20 minutes to tell me they couldn’t assist my needs. Thanks for the $5 parking fee to boot.
