My Company has been a tenant at 801 Brickell since 1996. Over the years, our Landlord has changed several times. Our current Landlord is Spaces, which is another name for Regus, the largest shared tenant provider in the world. I do not recommend working with this Company. Their agreements have become more and more ridiculous. Currently they require rent be paid weeks in advance. Their service has become more and more impersonal, and we are now forced to use their confusing and user unfriendly website. They don't return calls. Stay away.
