DO NOT LEASE HERE!!🚨 HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY 🚨 I leased at Co-Work LatAm Brickell and ended my lease in October 2024. Their policy says deposits are refunded within 30-45 days. It’s now August 2025, and I STILL haven’t received my money back. At first, their CFO, Pablo Méndez, admitted in writing that they didn’t have money to pay me and asked if they could refund my deposit in installments starting February 2025. I agreed, but they went completely silent and never paid me a single dollar. Since then, I’ve called and emailed multiple times. I even went to the office in person. The receptionist first pretended to help and sent an email, but later got nasty with me and told me I “just had to wait.” That was back in May 2025 — and here we are months later, with nothing. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and operates like scammers. They take people’s money and refuse to return it. If you’re considering leasing here, stay away. There are plenty of professional coworking spaces in Brickell that won’t steal your deposit and then ghost you. 💸 They owe me thousands of dollars, and I’m left with nothing but excuses. Avoid Co-Work LatAm Brickell at all costs.

The Brickell location from Cowork Latam is an excellent Cowork! Claudia was super attentive and nice! I recommend this cowork to anyone looking for a coworking space on Brickell. Our company has an event in Medellin next month so we chose to rent an office space at the Astorga location! Thank you!!
