Where do I start? I booked with BOS Business Center for a training for a group of employees. The training was scheduled to start at 11:30 am. I walked into the building that has no official sign of where the entrance was because there are other businesses there. No one knew anything. No one could help me. Finally by 11:20 am I called the number I originally called to book it. They told me to go into the conference room and wait. The conference room was dirty, chairs all messy, computer equipment on the floor, and 2 holes in the wall on top of the tv. The IT guy took another 20 minutes to get my laptop connected to the monitor. My training didn't start until 11:50 am. I told the owner who showed up how bad she made me look to the group of executives I was training. They still charged me the full price for my session no matter the discontent I shared with her. I do not recommend this place at all. Don't go here, don't bring your business to them. They are a complete disaster.
