We’ve been here for four years and absolutely love it. It’s a fantastic community, and we genuinely couldn’t ask for a better team. Rodrigo and Chantelle are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make it such an enjoyable place to be. Highly recommend!

Some of the staff at this location were continually disrespectful to me. I rarely write negative reviews but I have a scathing one for this place. Click on my profile and read my reviews. I don’t trash places but this one deserves it. I had been at this location for about under two years. It’s convenient for me with regards to location. I generally didn’t have issues at the start but then I was given warnings about various procedures and I ultimately followed everything they asked me to do. Things such as not use phone booths for longer than 30 minutes (I would use it longer if all desks were full like many other people), putting my weekly meal kits in a container so they wouldn’t create a small smell in the fridge (I switched meal services so that was fixed), not leaving my things behind on my desk overnight (Wework is a monitored safe space and I stopped eventually doing it), etc. Like any place you are at long-term things come up and you listen and adjust. This was over about two years of coming in nearly daily so keep that in mind. Over time the staff at the front desk became very cold with me. Not really saying hello, if I asked about their day or weekend it was very terse and brief. No desire to create a conversation. There was an energy of disrespect but I just focused on my day and didn’t engage much with them over time. Other people I met at wework were very nice and I had zero issues with. Over time the staff started to find flaws in things that were not. For example desks are first come first serve. I would leave my open desk for a couple of hours around lunch and receive warnings that I need to clear my space for other people. No, that’s my desk. I’m here for the day and when I leave I am done. The energy was very disrespectful to the point like it seemed I was taking up space by being there at all. I’ve been to other Miami locations, New York, Dallas, San Diego, Milan, etc never had any issues at any other locations. When I left for New Years break my membership was randomly cancelled. I thought that was weird but I signed up again. Five months later i get a permanent ban from wework. I was actually about to walk into the building and I saw this email. I wondered if I left anything behind or if I did something wrong. Did I break protocol? I paid attention to the rules…and realized that the staff just didn’t want to see me anymore and kept finding reasons to say I am doing something wrong and was just cancelled. Absolutely incredible. Everyone else such as cleaning and other people were nice. The only issues I had were the front desk staff. I could tell they never really liked me and I began engaging less but then it goes to this. This is a place that cancels memberships when they just don’t like you. Everyone here knows you can do nothing wrong and be kind and people in life won’t like you. Happened to me here. Sad and immature but it is what is is. Check out the location next door if this location works for you but stay out of Ponce.

The first day I entered the 2222 Ponce WeWork, I felt there was a very confortable vibe. 3 years later, the feeling of being at Cheers (where everybody knows your name) sans the drinks, has made this a very special place to work from. Everyone that works for WeWork should have a button that reads WeCare, as that is what we feel every time we see someone, from the front desk to the other folks in every part of the organization. I recommend this WeWork as its in the heart of Coral Gables, on the corner of Ponce de Leon and Giralda (the othe WeWorkd is further west on Giralda) and this is small enough to be a family, yes, where everybody knows your name.
