Avoid Spaces at all costs. They trap you in to paying extra months of membership even after you cancel. The personnel at the Miami locations were friendly but misleading on how they communicated the contract obligations. I do NOT recommend, not only this location, but any facility operated by Spaces.

My experience with this location has been extremely frustrating. At the beginning, everything felt smooth. Jordan Rodriguez was very attentive during the sales process, quick to respond, and always available when it came to signing up and processing payments. Charges went through immediately and communication was constant. That level of service disappeared once there was a problem. I canceled my membership in August, but my card continued to be charged for months afterward. By December, the total amount charged after cancellation exceeded $2,000. I reached out multiple times to Jordan Rodriguez by phone and text seeking help, but received no response. When I finally contacted management, I was told they could not locate my account — despite the fact that recurring charges were successfully processed for months. No refund has been issued, and no clear explanation has been provided. It is unacceptable to continue billing someone after cancellation and then claim the account cannot be found. This situation shows a serious lack of accountability and support once payment issues arise. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and would advise others to proceed with caution.

I reviewed previous negative reviews about how difficult it is to cancel this contract, and I honestly did not believe them, until now. This is my experience at 1111 Lincoln Rd Mall, Miami Beach Building. During the sales process, Jordan Rodriguez was extremely responsive. The system worked perfectly when it came to upselling: I was charged the same day, and Jordan was in constant contact with me, even at night. However, once an issue arose, everything changed. I have been calling and texting Jordan for weeks with no response whatsoever. I canceled my account in August, yet here we are in December, and I am still being charged. At this point, I have been charged over $2,000, and no one has provided a solution or taken responsibility. This feels like an absolute trap. I never thought I would be in this situation, but I am still being charged three months after cancellation, with no support and no accountability from management. I am posting this in hopes that management will finally intervene and resolve this immediately. Although, based on the fact that this business currently holds a two-star rating and that similar reviews appear to go unanswered and unresolved, I am not confident that this will receive the attention. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

Avoid at All Costs – A Complete Disaster If you're looking for a professional and reliable workspace, avoid Regus at all costs! My experience has been a real nightmare, and I wouldn't wish this level of incompetence and audacity on anyone. Here's what I endured: 1. Electrical Problems Ignored for 6 Months Despite countless complaints, the electrical outlets in my office never worked properly. Not a single qualified technician was dispatched to resolve the issue. Instead, they sent an unqualified receptionist to "inspect" the situation. I was forced to use extension cords, which they then had the nerve to accuse me of as a "safety violation"! Eventually, they broke my lease without even trying to fix the problem. In talking with other tenants, I discovered that everyone has been experiencing the same issues in the offices for years. 2. Brazen Lies and Total Lack of Transparency When signing the contract, no mention was made of the hidden office restoration fees, which they charge based on the square footage upon termination. These fees can range between $500 and $1,500 depending on the size of the office. Their sales team is clearly trained to conceal this crucial information just to get you to sign. 3. Scandalous Breach of Confidentiality Without my consent, their team took photos of my computer screen, exposing private conversations and sensitive personal information. This is an extremely serious violation of privacy in a professional environment! This breach of confidentiality is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of respect toward clients. 4. Disappointing Referral Program If you refer people to Regus, don't expect to receive the money you're owed without a fight. They won't do anything to help you obtain the promised reward unless you relentlessly pursue them. 5. Security Deposit Refund: A Real Obstacle Course They claim you'll get your security deposit back within 15 days after the end of the contract, but in reality, you have to fight to recover your own money. They constantly find excuses to delay the refund, making the process needlessly complicated and frustrating. 2 months and still nothing ... In short, Regus is a greedy company with deplorable infrastructure, non-existent customer service, and dishonest business practices. They lie to you to get you to sign, then exploit you once you're trapped in their contract. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find another workspace if you value professionalism and integrity

Ridiculous billing practices. Unjustified and dubious charges. This is Regus under a different brand name. Avoid.
