Spaces - Miami Beach – Spaces Lenox Ave

I absolutely love my office at Spaces! The staff has been exceptional, always friendly, helpful, and professional. The environment is welcoming, and the other businesses here create such a positive and professional atmosphere. It’s truly a great place to work, and I would highly recommend Spaces to anyone looking for a beautiful and supportive workspace.

Unfortunately, my experience at this location has been disappointing due to ongoing temperature issues and lack of resolution. For over three weeks, the office has consistently been far too cold, often around 60°F and at one point as low as 52°F (At this number it’s a health and safety issue). I’ve repeatedly had to leave early because it’s not possible to work comfortably. When this was raised, I was told members should bring their own heater, which is not reasonable given the cost of the space. Each time the issue has been raised, the response has been that nothing can be done. The front desk staff are polite, but overall the handling of this issue has been extremely poor. I would not recommend this location if you expect concerns to be addressed in a professional way.

Avoid Spaces at all costs. They trap you in to paying extra months of membership even after you cancel. The personnel at the Miami locations were friendly but misleading on how they communicated the contract obligations. I do NOT recommend, not only this location, but any facility operated by Spaces. Their customer support was absolutely unhelpful in resolving issues.

I joined Spaces on Lenox Ave and have had nothing but ongoing issues. I was charged multiple fees to my credit card without prior notice or clear explanation. An employee, Jordan, explicitly told me I could visit certain other Spaces locations, only for me to later be charged for those visits, directly contradicting what I was told. Communication has been extremely poor. Emails often go unanswered, and when I attempted to resolve these issues, the manager, Mitzi, displayed very poor customer service and showed little interest in actually fixing the problems. Between unexpected charges, conflicting information from staff, and a lack of responsiveness, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend staying away unless you are prepared to closely monitor your billing and push hard for basic accountability.

Finding the right private office in Miami Beach can be tough — but Spaces South Beach on Lenox truly delivers on every front. From the moment I toured the location, Jordan and Alexa were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They made the entire setup process seamless — I signed the contract and was up and running almost immediately. They went out of their way to make sure the furniture was perfectly arranged and that I had everything I needed to start working comfortably right away. Even after move-in, they’ve continued to be supportive and responsive to every request. The pricing is very reasonable for the area (which is rare in Miami Beach), and the atmosphere is professional yet relaxed — perfect for getting things done. Between the great location, affordable rates, and genuinely amazing staff, I’m extremely happy with my choice. Highly recommend Spaces South Beach to anyone looking for a private office or coworking space!
