One of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. Hired an office and internet does not work. The insite team works hard and is great but the support is terrible.

DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY OR DARE GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT CARD INFORMATION. THEY WILL OVERCHARGE , THEY HAVE CHARGED ME OVER $2500 EXTRA , I SIGNED UP FOR A $85 MONTHLY MAILBOX. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY / DO NOT TRUST THEIR ACCOUNTING. STAFF HAS NO IDEA OR CLUE HOW TO ADDRESS

Reception staff here are great, helpful and friendly every time. My problem is the billing. My invoices have included line items I didn't expect and don't believe I used, such as "Printing" and "Kitchen." My advice to anyone signing up: read every invoice line by line and query anything you don't recognise.

I absolutely love my office at Spaces! The staff has been exceptional, always friendly, helpful, and professional.
