Great location with a beautiful lobby. The staff here are very friendly and are always looking for ways to not just accommodate their clients, but also set up networking events and find ways to make everyone feel welcome.

I have been a client at Regus Winderley Place since 2007, and my experience has consistently been excellent. Their team is reliable, flexible, and always willing to work with clients to accommodate business needs. The office environment is clean, organized, and professional, making it an outstanding workspace for both clients and staff. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism they continue to provide year after year. Highly recommended.

Our firm has been at this location over 10 years. The administrative staff is very accommodating and quick to problem solve any issue that arises. The location is central, which is very convenient, and the building provides refreshing architecture, whether you are walking along the atrium balconies or the sidewalks at the ponds.

Please Read ! “Read the contract very carefully: Regus’ automatic renewals can lock you into years of payments.” This location operates under Regus/IWG for Virtual Office services. While the physical office itself is fine, the contract practices are extremely problematic, especially for small business owners. My agreement was automatically renewed into a long-term commitment based on strict renewal clauses. When I contacted Regus immediately after learning about the renewal and requested a reasonable solution due to changed business circumstances, all requests for flexibility were denied. The only option offered was to continue paying for years or attempt to transfer the contract. No early termination, no reduced term, no flexibility. I strongly advise anyone considering a virtual office here to read every clause carefully and set multiple reminders well in advance. This experience has been frustrating and costly. Update: I opened the support ticket they asked for (CEN-02204912). Let's see how they handle it
