Constant restroom issues and internet problems. Staff is helpful. Nickel and dime you, charge for coffee, printers, internet, etc.

As a business partner here, I’ve been really disappointed with this office space. We signed a lease expecting a clean, professional environment, but instead we’ve had to deal with repeated pest problems bugs, silverfish, and even lizards showing up inside. What’s worse is how it’s been handled. Management hasn’t taken it seriously, and the only options they gave us were moving into another office or temporary move our entire office out so they can shampoo the carpets, neither of which actually solves the problem. Meanwhile, we’re the ones losing time and focus trying to work around issues that should never have been there in the first place. We want to focus on growing our business, not chasing down property management about roaches. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend leasing here to anyone

I would strongly caution anyone considering leasing office space here. Since moving in, our office has had repeated issues with pests, including roaches, silverfish, and even lizards inside the unit. Despite multiple complaints and providing video/photo evidence, management’s only “solutions” have been to spray or move us to another office of the same size essentially passing the problem around instead of addressing it properly. This situation has taken away from our productivity, cost us valuable time, and left us feeling ignored and dismissed as tenants. We entered into this lease expecting a professional, safe, and clean working environment, but instead have had to deal with an ongoing pest problem that management has failed to resolve. We have been in the office for two months and have seen live bugs as recent as yesterday. Not to mention this company claims it has 24/7 business Access however they turn the AC off on holidays and weekends resulting in a temperature of 80 to 85 on the weekend. If you value a clean and healthy workspace and responsive management, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Misleading Charges and No Real Support I had a terrible experience with Regus. I signed up thinking I was subscribing to a coworking space in Winter Haven, FL. Instead, I was unknowingly enrolled in a "global membership" I never asked for, and which is completely useless to me. They charged my credit card twice — once for $78.33 and then for $235.00 — without any clear explanation. There were no invoices, no receipts, no transparency, and their online portal shows nothing useful. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, I received generic responses like: “Please contact your centre team” — without ever being told who that is or how to reach them. This is not just bad customer service — it’s a complete lack of accountability. I’ve been trying to resolve this for days with no help, no clarity, and no results. If you're considering Regus, be extremely careful. Their billing practices are unclear, and once you're charged, it’s nearly impossible to get real assistance. Avoid this company unless you want to be charged for something you didn’t ask for and left in the dark.
