There for a meeting. Place needs some love. Pot holes, neglected maintenance.

Honestly I've been in this building since 2018 and is true, is going downhill since they changed owners. Multiple manager pas by and the team members are doing what they can. Is a shame Rene had to leave, but I guess is obvious. Gail on the other hand has a lot on her shoulders, I understand things are out of her control but would it make it easier for everyone if she were more helpful. She moves between both buildings and if I get there 4:05 pm, she won't bother to hand me the mail even though she is there because she already closed that building (8461), 4:05 pm? are you serious?...I guess now I will have to pick up my mail around 3 pm, just to make it easier for all of us.

Business owners beware! Do not rent here. I’ve been here for years and it’s gone complete downhill in the past year. The air conditioning is only on during the week when admin is there and not on weekends or holidays at all. Gets over 90 degrees and you can’t work or see clients. Upper management doesn’t even respond to emails/complaints and the buildings are dirty and a lot of things don’t work like the water fountains. Internet goes down frequently. Also, there are inadequate lights for the parking lot and front entrance so you or a client could injure themselves or wreck. Again, they don’t care. They just jack up the rent more and more and ignore their paying tenants.
Adaptability is at the core of coworking, so membership options are always designed to cater to your changing work requirements and team dynamics. Most spaces offer month-to-month memberships, enabling you to adjust your workspace to your changing needs. Whether your business is growing or downsizing – or you just want to upgrade to a more private setting – you always have the flexibility to make the changes you need.
While your membership agreement may have specific terms regarding changes, don’t hesitate to reach out to Nexus Workspaces to discuss accommodating your adjustments.
Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Nexus Workspaces.
Nexus Workspaces - Nexus at Wellington is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.
