Listen, I don't write Google reviews. But people need to know not to work with Regus. The people who work at this branch are completely fine - they're good employees, easy to work with. But Regus as a company is a nightmare to work with: They hold multiple months of rent, they automatically enroll you in multiple monthly charges you have to actively cancel, they don't actually return your deposit unless requested (ie. they plan to hold your money indefinitely)... and there were myriad problems including regular internet outages, their billing cycle was 45 days in advance, etc. Just generally a horrible company to work with. Office space itself was good, the people working the desks were completely fine. But Regus as a company is an absolute nightmare to work with.

Tried this place for a month, thier website is very sneaky and signs you up for a 2 year contract. I've already paid $200, after only going 1 time, they want me to pay $1,000. Horrible company with zero support. Account Number: 15701049

Get a lawyer first. Nightmare experience. I rented a private office, but it was so loud that it was of no use. Management didn’t do anything about it. I switched to the co working membership and terminated shortly after, as the customer service continued to be horrendous. No people, just emails, apps and tickets. No phone support. Lots of charges for things you’ve already opted out of. It has been 4 months of endless nothings about where my retainer refund is. The amount has changed serval times. They tried to charge me again, but still no refund. I’ve grown tired of wasting my time and escalated to our legal.
