It is an office building. Doctors, Lawyers, Realtors & Various other "service sector" offices. In a secure environment upstairs, with a receptionist, to announce you are there. Plenty of parking.

Very nice 2 story business building with elevator 🛗 and directory. Kept clean. Right on Hwy 466 with large sign. Lots of parking in the rear and some parking in the front. Restrooms 🚻 inside each suite.
