Fantastic service. Friendly office and a seamless digital experience throughout. Will be back next time I need a desk and meeting room with great flexibility. (Really good Cuban coffee and sandwiches one block away too!)

It was such a special space to throw my business launch party at Headquarters Coworking! With the history, the space, the location and the unique decor… it was absolutely perfect. They had everything we needed from a kitchen and bathrooms, to rooms to keep our personal items safe, from an open floor concept space to host a speech, group photo and multiple vendors to network. So grateful for this partnership!

As a coworking veteran having worked out of the biggest WeWorks to the smallest rural spaces, Headquarters continues to impress me as my home coworking location, even after nearly three years as a member. Headquarters’ shining gem is its staff. Kelly, the owner, is incredibly proactive and always handles issues & feedback excellently. The facilities coordinator, BJ, is an absolute star - he’s always on top of his game when it comes to checking in on your needs and treats you like family. The hospitality experience here is truly a standout. The breakout areas are solid, there’s consistently good enough meeting room booking availability, the internet is generally reliable, and whilst there aren’t any superfluous show-off features like tap beer or high-end espresso machines, the soft drink & snack amenities are substantial and continually replenished - I'd rather have that than the gimmicks. Other members have been friendly and courteous, and the increasingly frequent member socials have been great. That said, there’s always room for improvement. Whilst download speeds are usually fast, I wish the internet was a more reliable, business-grade fiber connection than sometimes-spotty Spectrum Cable (especially with many members doing Zoom calls at the same time). There are also no drop-in phone booths/spaces, which makes it tricky for the occasional moments all meeting rooms are booked. Caveat emptor if either are important to you. Especially in an uncompetitive, otherwise lackluster coworking market like Orlando, I’m so glad that Headquarters is around; it’s a local coworking space done just right!

I was a dedicated desk member for almost 2 years and I have nothing but praises for this business. The owners and administrators always strive to accommodate their members and provide them with everything they need. I totally recommend this to anyone who works remote and would like to have a space to work outside of home, or even if you just need to change your scenery every once in a while. You will not regret renting a space here. If i ever need a space to work again, I will not hesitate to contact them and rejoin.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Reach out here to set up a time to come and see the space.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Headquarters Coworking Kissimmee, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Headquarters Coworking Kissimmee.
