BEWARE!!! Do not move here. Management, Neha is a joke and should not be running the show. She is incompetent and rude and does not take accountability. Furthermore, as many have mentioned , the elevators never work, and the fire alarm goes off at any given time. The air filters have not been changed since move in. Water stinks as well.

TLDR - I personally think there’s too many major cons and highly recommend exploring other options before even considering touring this property. The elevators are either constantly out of service or you get trapped in them. The power goes out often as of late and when the power is out you cannot get back into the building because the key fob access locks you out. The internet has been a huge issue lately. I had to stop working from home because the internet can’t keep up. When most of the residents are home at the end of the day even Facebook takes forever to load or doesn’t load at all on my phone if I’m connected to the WiFi. There has been no communication regarding a solution or even knowledge of the issue in the first place. The building is very unique overall, however, the leasing staff will give false information and the maintenance staff (the maintenance supervisor and Summer are very pleasant to deal with, luckily) isn't the friendliest. The website advertises a swimming pool that they don't even have the permits to build, unless that's changed within the last couple weeks. I understand the property is considered “under construction” but saying “swimming pool coming soon” is way better than people being confused and misled. (Update: There will not be a swimming pool and they’ve removed it from the website but still refuse to send communication to all residents to make them aware) Same thing with “on premises food and beverage options” advertised on the website. (Update: there is a coffee shop that just opened but this entire time the building has been advertising as if there have been food and beverage options which was not the case until recently) There is no such thing. “Trash chute access” is mentioned on the website but there is not to my knowledge. (Update: there is a trash chute they just don’t openly tell residents where it is) There is a trash compactor on site and valet trash picks up 7 days a week. The elevators are out of order on a regular basis which is insane to me since I toured an ADA unit on the 3rd floor. It'd be a shame for a wheelchair user to move into this building on floors 2-4 or even just want to access the roof top amenity. When the elevators are out of order, you usually find out by getting in the elevator just for it to not go anywhere since they refuse to notify residents via signage or an email. Additionally, when the elevators are not deemed out of order, the doors will fail to open sometimes. I learned this as I was trapped in an elevator with a random man and the lights ended up going out completely. He stated this experience is “normal”. The dog park is a gated area filled with brown mulch which is difficult to walk on and people don't keep an eye on their dog(s) to ensure they're cleaning up after them so every step you take you're stuck trying to make sure you don't step in dog shit. The park is basically impossible to play fetch or anything at because the mulch will scrape up your dog’s pads to the point they bleed so it’d be great if they installed sod or turf or literally anything else to eliminate the mulch. I can hear my neighbor loud and clear through the block/brick wall that separates our units. During my first week here, my shower leaked into my downstairs neighbor's unit. The showers have a long shelf built into them which makes the space very narrow and difficult to move around in and the water always smells like sulfur. On the bright side, you're close enough to the middle of downtown and the stadium that you don't feel like you're going out of your way to go to events. You can watch the sunset from the rooftop which is nice and the big windows in the units provide a lot of natural light. It smells like coffee outside sometimes since you’re close to Maxwell House. I have never signed a lease and immediately regretted it until I came here. Hindsight is 20/20. :)

Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Pegasus Residential, who is more than happy to help out.

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
