• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with JAX Office Suites.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at JAX Office Suites? How about for a day or a month?

  Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, JAX Office Suites has you covered. Meeting Rooms are available by the hour. Additionally, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

  It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with JAX Office Suites, who is more than happy to help out.

• How should I choose the best workspace for my needs?

  The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

  A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  JAX Office Suites operates during regular business hours, which are listed above. For any requests or requirements outside of these hours, please contact the coworking operator directly.
