Continued (see previous post)..Next the room was super hot. The air condition did not work. I mentioned it to the front desk ladies and they did everything they possibly could. They are the only saving grace of the office. They were so nice, hospitable, just lovely amazing girls and very good at their job. The problem I have is with the Director Manager. On the day of signing she told me if I cleaned the room after I was done with it I would not have to pay the cleaning fee of $62. I cleaned the room and I asked the front desk girls if I could vacuum and they said it wouldn't be necessary. I wasn't worried about it because again Raquel verbally told me as long as nothing is broken and the room is clean I won't have to pay the fee. IT'S A SCAM Y'ALL. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. Go anywhere else but here. Lastly they advertise that you have access to it 24/7 which is technically true. However on December 24th I put the doorstop on and walked across the way to the breakroom to get my food. The door stop slid and I got locked out of my office and had no access to my ID, Phone, or keys. This posed a problem because when I went downstairs to the front desk no one was there. I called the after hours on the front desk phone that was downstairs and thank goodness they had a landline. Being new to the area I had nobody's number memorized because again my cell was in the office I was locked out of. Anyways because no one answered after I called several times, I had to call the police. I didn't want to lose my new job because I got locked out of the office. Hours later they were able to help, but I had an anxiety and panic attack all adding to the stress of this building. Anyways if I can save y'all some headache, I will. Go rent from any other place but here. I mean if the head Director can't refund something to me for a place I never even used within 1 hour of purchase, than how is she going to be able to help you if you rent longer than that? 1 month rent= $227 + 302 retainer fee + $65 cleaning fee = $594. Just a heads up.

Where to begin? I paid for 1 month. I had a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially because the problem came from the top. The Director Manager signed me up. She gave me a better price than online. I was happy to sign up for Regus. The office space was decent and clean. And the main thing I was excited about was the price. Then the contract gets drawn up. All of a sudden there's a whole bunch of fees that they failed to mention. A retainer fee, a cleaning fee etc., all of which cost more than the actual price I paid for. I told the manager I would like to think it over and check out other places before I sign. I felt pressured to sign because she made it seem like the cost would go up substantially if I didn't sign that day. Or that the space would not be available. So I decided to sign. An hour later I get a message from my new job that they may not be able to deliver my equipment in time for me to start and that my 1st day would start 1 month later. Now mind you I only needed Regus office for 1 month. I was suppose to move in December 1st and leave December 31st (My actual last day was Dec 26th there was no one at the front desk to leave my keys to so I left the key in the office). Because I could no longer start on Dec 1st I immediately called the Director Manager to let her know I wouldn't even need the office because my laptop may not arrive in time. She said there was no way to refund the money which is insane. You can even return a car if you don't like it after 7 days, (plane tickets are also refundable within 24-48hrs) and this was within an hour of me signing and there was no way for them to refund me? That's diabolical. That's the first thing that put a bad taste in my mouth. Thankfully my laptop and equipment arrived just in the nick of time. I was able to start work on Dec 1 2025. (One positive note I will say is that the Director did try to work with me and say that I could pay for December and use it in January to make it fair, however I was moving out of the state in January so I couldn't do it, hence the 1 month)

This place will scam you, run away! Nearly impossible to cancel.

We have an office space located here in the Southpoint Regus location and overall we have had an outstanding experience. By the far the best thing is the staff and management who go above and beyond to accommodate our needs and are always friendly and helpful to our clients. It's an absolute pleasure to walk in everyday to the smiling faces of the ladies at the front desk. Whether you're looking for permanent office space, or temporary spot, you can't go wrong with this Regus location!

I would not recommend this service to anyone. They still try to bill even after I cancelled and paid them out. I am much happier with the new virtual office service I use.
